FESNET covers the saddle of the bicycle to protect it from external elements (bad weather, pollution, pigeon droppings, etc.). Once installed, it is integral with the saddle, preventing it from flying away or being stolen.
For storage, FESNET rolls up into a ball and folds up under the saddle with a small Velcro tab. This is covered with a reflective strip which improves visibility at night.
